Think of someone who means a lot to you. A LOT. Someone who's supported you through all the junk in your life, who's encouraged you when you were down, who talked you out of stupid things, who made you regain some of your non-existent self-esteem, someone you love.

Now imagine them telling you that you're the most selfish person they know. Imagine them telling you that every time you did something stupid you were hurting not just yourself, but them, and that they could never forgive you for that. Imagine them saying that they don't want to talk to you until you work things out.

Yeah. That happened to me today, and I can honestly say that it hurt me so much I couldn't even cry. I just shook for two hours. He was my best friend, and even though I can't see him, he was still my very best friend in the whole world.

And he thinks I'm the most selfish person he knows.

I know I'm selfish. I'm more than aware of all of my millions of faults. But to have him point it out and then say everything he said in that email...

I feel kind of betrayed.
